Re: SP -2014 -00007 AT &T Wireless Facility — Looney Property
Dear Ms. Baldwin:
We have reviewed the construction plans for a new AT &T wireless facility to be located on
Route 738 known as Site Number CV326A dated 2126/14 as submitted by BC
Architects,/Engineers and offer the following comments:
1. An entrance permit needs to be obtained from this office for the proposed entrance. Mr.
Dennis Seale in our office should be contacted at (434) 589 -1053 so that he can verify the
adequacy of the entrance location shown in the plans and work with the applicant in
obtaining this permit.
2. It is likely that the slope along Route 738 in the vicinity of the proposed entrance will
need to be graded away from the road somewhat so that adequate sight distance can be
achieved.
3. It is likely that some of the vegetation along Route 738 in the vicinity of the proposed
entrance will need to be removed so that adequate sight distance can be achieved.
4. The entrance will need to be designed and constructed in accordance with VDOT
Standard PE -l.
If you need additional information concerning this project, please feel free to contact me.
Sincerely,
"If A-
