The Planner will recommend approval of the plat referred to above when the following items have been satisfactorily
addressed. (The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions
may be added or eliminated based on further review.)
Planning
1. [Section 14- 302(A)(5)] On Sheet 2, please add the name of the owner of record for the 20' sanitary sewer
easement.
2. [Section 14- 302(A)(10)] On Sheet 1, please remove the note regarding division rights.
3. [Section 14- 302(B)(5)] On Sheet 1, please note that both lots are also zoned Steep Slopes overlay.
4. [Section 14 -312] Is the dwelling on the Kroll property within 50 feet of a proposed lot line?
5. [General Comment] Typically, when an area is not is a water supply protection area, we do not note its
watershed.
6. [General Comment] On Sheet 1, there is a note that indicates "No further division without Planning Commission
approval." Can you please provide some background on this note? We don't require it, but perhaps there is
something particular about this property that makes this note applicable?
