Ronald Cutright - BLA Fax 434 - 972 -4126 The County of Albemarle Division of Current Development will grant or recommend approval of the Boundary Line Adjustment plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.] 1. [14- 303(A)] Statement of consent to division. Changes to the State Code and to the County of Albemarle Subdivision Ordinance require changes to the consent to division statement. Please revise the statement to read: "The platting or dedication of the following described land [insert correct description of the land subdivided] is with free consent and in accordance with the desire of the undersigned owners, proprietors and trustees, if any. " Revise. 2. [14- 302(B)(10)] Stream buffers. Per County Water Protection Ordinance maps there is a stream buffer on North Fork Hardware River. Depict the stream buffer on each side of the stream, typically the buffer is 100' on each side of the stream; however, for this stream County maps show a larger buffer area, more in line with the flood zone. Attached I have provided the County map of the buffer area. Revise appropriately to depict the buffer. 3. [14- 302(B)(5)] Zoning classification. Under the zoning of the property add a note that the property is located in the Entrance Corridor (EC). 4. [14- 302(B)(1)] General Information. When the plat is revised, please provide the date of the last revision on the plat.
