Subject: SUB 201400081 Belvedere Town Center -Blk 2B, Lots 1 -5 — Boundary Line Adjustment
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Boundary Line Adjustment
Plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the
applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14- 302(A)(9)] Building sites on proposed lots. The plat shall contain the following note: "Parcels [letter or
number] each contain a building site that complies with section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning
Ordinance.
2. [14- 302(A)(15)] Identification of all owners and certain interest holders. The owner and owner address
appear to be incorrect. GIS lists Piedmont Neighborhoods LP as the current owner; revise the owner
information accordingly.
3. [14- 302(8)2] Name of plat preparer. The seal of the plat preparer must be added to the plat before final
approval.
4. [14- 302(8)(7)] Reservoir watershed, agricultural - forestal district. Add a notation stating that the land is not
within an Albemarle County water supply watershed or an agricultural - forestal district.
5. [14- 303(0)] Signature panels. Revise the signature panel to reflect the correct owner.
6. [14 -312] Location of existing buildings. Show the location of all buildings within 50' of the proposed lot lines.
Staff has provided references to provisions of Chapter 14 of the Code of the County of Albemarle. The Code is
kept up to date by the County Attorney's office. The Code may found on the County Attorney's website which
may be found under "Departments and Services" at Albemarle.org.
In accord with the provisions of Section 14- 229(B) of Chapter 14 of the Code if the developer fails to submit a
revised final plat to address all of the requirements within six (6) months after the date of this letter the
application shall be deemed to have been voluntarily withdrawn by the developer.
