Planning
1. [Section 14- 302(A)(9)] Please add a note that states each parcel contains a building site that complies with
Section 4.2.1 of the Zoning Ordinance.
2. [Section 14- 302(A)(10)] Please add a note that states Lot B and Parcel 1C may not be further divided.
3. [Section 14- 302(B)(5)] Please note that Lot B is zoned Rural Areas and also is located in the Flood Hazard
overlay district.
4. [Section 14- 302(B)(6)] Please revise the parcel labels and instrument numbers where appropriate.
5. [Section 14- 302(B)(10)] Please revise Note 10 to read "The stream buffers shown hereon shall be managed in
accordance with the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance."
6. [Section 14- 303(A)] Please revise the statement under the Owner's Approval to match the language of this
ordinance section.
7. [Section 14 -309 and 14 -310] Soils information was forwarded to the Health Department on 5/29/14. I received
approval from the Health Department on 7/3/2014.
8. [Section 14 -316] Please submit evidence of approval for the entrance from VDOT for Lot B.
