Planning
1. [General Comment] Please show the stream buffer in black ink.
2. [General Comment] Please revise Note 9 to show the acreage for Parcel 1 C as 12.411 acres.
3. [Section 14- 302(A)(9)] Please add a note that states each parcel contains a building site that complies with
Section 4.2.1 of the Zoning Ordinance.
4. [Section 14- 302(A)(10)] Under Note 7, please revise the language regarding development rights to read "Tax
Map Parcel 101 -1B retains 2 development rights and may be further divided and when further divided these rights
shall be used within its 1980 boundary." Please also add a note that states "Tax Map Parcel 101-1C contains 0
development rights."
5. [Section 14- 302(B)(5)] Please note that Parcel 1C is also located in the Flood Hazard overlay district.
6. [Section 14- 302(B)(10)] Please revise Note 13 to read "The stream buffers shown hereon shall be managed in
accordance with the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance."
