Subject: SUB - 2014 -082- Bower- Boundary Line Adjustment
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Final Plat
referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is
preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances unless
otherwise specified.]
1. [14- 302(A)(3);(6)] Existing or platted streets. When these parcels were created,
a private street was established. Show the 30 foot easement and state whether
or not it is to be vacated. Also, provide the reference of the deed book and page
number for the plat where it was established (DB 1625 Pg612)
2. [14- 302(A)(9)] Building sites on proposed lots. Provide the building site note on
the plat: "Parcel [letter or number] contains a building site that complies with
section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance."
3. [14- 302(B)(5)] Zoning classification. Revise the zoning note to state the correct
zoning- Rural Areas- RA.
