(The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) Planning 1. [Chapter 18, Section 10.4 /Section 14 -400] Please demonstrate how the revised Parcel 6 will have the required amount of street frontage for a lot located in the Rural Areas (RA) zoning district. 2. [Section 14- 302(A)(2)] On Sheet 1, please identify the vicinity map by adding a label that states "Vicinity Map." 3. [Section 14- 302(A)(4)] On Sheet 2, please add the name(s) of the owner of record for any access easements. 4. [Section 14- 302(A)(6)] If applicable, please add the dimensions of any shared driveways. 5. [Section 14- 302(A)(15)] Please add the addresses of each owner of record or easement holder. 6. [Section 14- 302(B)(5)] Under Note 3, please note that Parcel 6 and Parcel 6F are also located in the Entrance Corridor (EC) overlay district. 7. [Section 14- 302(B)(7)] Please revise Note 7 to remove the South Fork Hardware River Watershed because this is not a water supply watershed. Alternatively, please note that this watershed is not a water supply watershed. 8. [Section 14- 302(B)(10)] Please add a note to indicate "The stream buffers shown hereon shall be managed in accordance with the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance." 9. [Section 14- 303(A)] On Sheet 1, please revise the statement under the "Owner's Approval" to match the language of this section. 10. [Section 14- 303(D)] Please add the acreage of each existing lot shown. 11. [Section 14- 303(0)1 On Sheet 1, please add a signature panel for each owner of record. 12. [Section 14 -309 and 14 -310] Please submit evidence of approval from the Health Department for the building sites shown.
