SUB201400089 Kenridge Lots 62 - 65 Easement Plat
Brent,
We would like to request an indefinite deferral of the above mentioned Easement Plat. As per the Kenridge
Covenants and Restrictions a easement referred to as a 'Blanket Easement" may encompass those items on the
plat. We anticipate the attorney for Craig Enterprises to review and discuss with the authors for the restrictions
to determine the language intent.
I will update you the second we have direction.
