Adjusting the storm drainage piping system based on in -field site conditions. as shown and described in the revised plan dated May 28, 2014 and letter of explanation dated June 18, 2014. No other changes that may show on the plan are approved with this letter of revision. This approval is viewed as your second Letter of Revision for the above - mentioned final site plan, entitled SDP2005 -125 Kenridge Final Site Plan. Please note that a total of three (3) Letters of Revisions are allowed before all changes to the site plan are required to be submitted in the form of a new site plan amendment. Prior to previously submitted LOR in October 2013, all surface storm drainage for Kenridge subdivision lots 62 -65 flowed to the storm drains located in the yards fronting Colridge Drive. This LOR returns the storm drainage back to this original piping system. The last letter of revision submitted in October of 2013 included the addition of a retaining wall design, which necessitated the introduction of yard drains and stormwater drainage traveling across the rear of the houses through new yard drains, ( #321 to #320) which, would then tie into existing storm sewer structure #34. After encountering subsurface rock on lot 65 between yard drain #320 and existing storm sewer #34, the plan was revised to re -route the stormwater back to the front of the lots through the addition of yard drains #320B and #27B. Stormwater collected and originating at junction box #320B travels in a southward direction for 85 feet, along the property line for lots 64 and 65, through a 12" RCP pipe at a slope of 1.19% to Junction box #27B, which is a doghouse tie -in to the existing storm pipe that runs from storm drain #28 to #29. This letter of revision does not require any changes to storm watershed drainage areas and does not alter the existing downstream pipe capacity.
