Bent Creek Parkway Road Improvement Plan: All Sheets: 1. Show existing RWSA 30" sewer main and 30' sanitary sewer easement on all sheets. Sheet 7A: 1. Show the RWSA sewer main in the proposed road profile for Bent Creek Road. Wegmans Final Site Plan: Sheets 6A -6J, 7A -7J: 1. It appears that existing and proposed utilities are not shown in their entirety on these sheets. Manholes and structures are shown but no utility lines. Please show the existing RWSA 30" Sanitary Sewer and the corresponding 30' RWSA sanitary sewer easement on all sheets listed above. Sheet 8A: 1. A section of the RWSA Sanitary Sewer appears to be missing on the plans north of Bent Creek Parkway. Please correct this to show the location of the RWSA sewer. Sheet 8B: The Sanitary Sewer that follows Biscuit Run is currently labeled as an RWSA sewer. This line belongs to the Albemarle County Service Authority and is constructed of Ductile Iron Pipe. It ties into the RWSA Moores Creek Interceptor (30" Concrete Pipe) on the north side of Moores Creek. Please correct labeling accordingly. Sheets 8C, 8E, 8G, 81: 3. Show the RWSA 30' Sanitary Sewer Easement. General Comments for the 5`h Street Station Development: 1. Please provide copies of the following when available: a. Bent Creek Road Bridge Plans b. Road Improvement Plan for 5th Street and Bent Creek Road Intersection c. Moores Creek Erosion and Buffer Project Plans RWSA is currently developing a wholesale master metering program to monitor urban water usage by the City and the County. Further details on the program will be forthcoming; however, a meter and vault to be owned and operated by RWSA will be required if any interconnections are proposed between ACSA and City water lines. Please let me know if you have any questions or if any additional information is required.
