A. Erosion Control Plan (WP0201400042) - Approved
1. Furnish ESC structural measure details. Include: entrance, temp - permanent seeding/mulch/fertilizer rate
tables; reference responsibility to comply with applicable VESCH standards (minimum standards, etc).
Narrative is not required, but ESC construction (or sequence) notes must make clear reference to need to
install, inspect, maintain, and repair ESC measures, as necessary, as initial phase of construction and
continuing until project is stabilized and released by inspector. (Rev. 1) Comment addressed.
2. Provide CE. Although site constraints and limited grading appear a challenge to construction entrance
design, specify point of entry, entry design, and means of preventing or limiting tracking sediment onto
paved surfaces. (Rev. 1) Comment addressed.
3. In addition to SF and IP, show dust control (DC), mulch (MU), temporary (TS) and permanent seeding (PS)
at locations requiring dust control, mulch, temporary and permanent seeding. (Rev. 1) Comment
addressed.
4. Furnish sediment trap prior to drop inlet. Inlet protection alone is insufficient to protect existing drop inlet
(Fontana Drive, N edge of site). Trap should be designed and located to intercept runoff from final grade.
(Rev. 1) Comment withdrawn.
5. Make the SF shown near the retaining wall continuous. If SF interferes with sidewalk construction, it may
be removed at that time. Without continuous SF, grade lines indicate potential for off -site deposition on
sidewalks and streets. (Rev. 1) Comment addressed.
6. Identify any offsite borrow or waste sites. Identify staging area. Identify stockpile location (if any). (Rev.
1) Comment addressed.
The erosion and sediment control plan is approved. This plan will need to be bonded, and a pre - construction
conference held with county staff prior to issuance of a grading permit. All site plan and other approvals will need to
be obtained prior to bonding. As of July 1St, the owner will need to have obtained a General Construction Permit
from the state prior to the grading permit being issued.
