[14 -302 (A)(4)] Private easements. The final site plan has street trees located outside of the right of way. Also there is landscaping /buffering shown on lot 16. Easements will be required for these to be installed and maintained. 2. [14 -303 (K)] Temporary turnarounds. A temporary turnaround is needed at the end of this phase on Delphi Lane. 3. [14 -317] Instrument evidencing maintenance of certain improvements. The following instruments are required: a. Deeds for private drainage easements b. Deeds for landscape easements c.
