Subject: SUB - 2014 -104- Chick- Fil -A- Boundary Line Adjustment
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Final Plat
referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is
preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances unless
otherwise specified.]
1. [14- 302(B)(5)] Zoning classification. Include Entrance Corridor, and the Special
Use Permit number as part of the zoning classifications.
2. [14- 302(A)(7)] Existing and departing lot lines. Show the existing lot line with land
hooks to where the acreage is going- Lot 1 B? Also, include the calculations of
how much land is being transferred, (ie Lot X existing 1.0 acres minus 0.5 acres,
now total of 0.5 acres and Lot Y existing 2 acres plus 0.5 acres new total 2.5
acres). Show the portion of Lot 1 -A that is being transferred to Lot 1 -B.
3. [14 -317] Instrument evidencing maintenance of certain improvements. Provide a
deed for the permanent grading and maintenance easement.
