Perez- Senior Planner Division: Planning Services Date: July 28, 2014 Subject: SUB201400109 Lochlyn Hill — easement plat The Planner for the Planning Services Division of the Albemarle County Department Community Development will recommend approval of the plat referred above when the following items have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.] 1. [14- 303(0)] Sheet 1, under the Agent's signature panel either remove "SUB2014" or complete this section with "SUB2014 -109 ". Revise. 2. [14- 302(B)5] On the plat provide the zoning of the property. 3. [14- 303(D)] Acreage of lots. Provide the acreage of each existing parcel. 4. [Comment] Engineering has reviewed the plat and they have no objections. 5. [Comment] VDOT comments (if any) are pending. Please contact Christopher P.
