Re: SUB202400116; 57-50 and 57-50B; Boundary Line Adjustment- Review Comments
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat
referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is
preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless
otherwise specified.]
1. [14-300; 14-301(A)] Final copies of the plat that are submitted for approval of the County
must be signed and sealed by the surveyor.
2. [14-302(B)(1)] Please provide a date of revision.
3. [14-302 (A)(11)] Please retain the language from the 2012 Plat, Deed 4235-722, for the
establishment of the number of development rights.
