Planning
1. [Section 14- 302(B)(5)] On Sheet 1, please add that this parcel is also located in the Flood Hazard (FH) and
Entrance Corridor (EC) overlay districts.
2. [Section 14- 302(B)(10)] On Sheet 1, please add a note that states "The stream buffers shown hereon shall be
managed in accordance with the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance."
Staff has provided references to provisions of Chapter 14 of the Albemarle County Code. The Code is kept up to date by
the County Attorney's office and can be accessed through their department's website at www.albemarle.org.
In accord with the provisions of Section 14- 229(B) of Chapter 14 of the Code, if the developer fails to submit a revised
final plat to address all of the requirements within six (6) months after the date of this letter the application shall be
deemed to have been voluntarily withdrawn by the developer.
