[Section 14- 302(A)(11) and 14- 302(B)(1)] After the BLA plat is recorded, please update the date of revision and D.B. and P. numbers accordingly. 2. [Section 14- 302(B)(5)] On Sheet 1, please note that Parcel A is also zoned RA. Please note that both Parcel 3A and Parcel A lie in the Flood Hazard (FH) overlay district. 3. [Section 14 -309 and 14 -310] Soils information was forwarded to the Health Department on 7/29/14. I will let you know as soon as I receive any information back from them. 4. [Section 14 -317] Please submit a private street maintenance agreement for review by the County Attorney's office. Please contact J.T.
