The Planner will recommend approval of the plat referred to above when the following items have been satisfactorily
addressed. (The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions
may be added or eliminated based on further review.)
Planning
1. [Section 14- 302(A)(3)] On Sheet 2, please note the width of Plank Road.
2. [Section 14- 302(A)(9)] On Sheet 1, please note that "Each parcel contains a building site that complies with
Section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance."
3. [Section 14- 302(B)(5)] On Sheet 1, please note that both parcels also lie in the Scenic Byways overlay district.
Please also note that the following approved special use permits apply to Parcel 49A: SP 198200009,
SP199000061, SP199100047, SP200100034 and SP200900028.
Staff has provided references to provisions of Chapter 14 of the Albemarle County Code. The Code is kept up to date by
the County Attorney's office and can be accessed through their department's website at www.albemarle.org.
In accord with the provisions of Section 14- 229(B) of Chapter 14 of the Code, if the developer fails to submit a revised
final plat to address all of the requirements within six (6) months after the date of this letter the application shall be
deemed to have been voluntarily withdrawn by the developer.
