The Following items will need to be adequately addressed prior to final approval: A. Street plan (SUB2014000001) (A separate road and drainage plan is required if the property is to be bonded for subdivision.) 1. Not Applicable to this project as submitted. B. Site plan (SDP2013000029) (A site plan is a record of zoning compliance on the property. It should not include VSMP plans.) 1. Code Chapter 18 section 32, part of the Zoning Ordinance. C. Plat (SUB2014000001) (A plat is a record of property division or reservation. Code Chapter 14) 1. Not Applicable to this project at this time. D. VSMP: SWPPP and Pollution Prevention Plan (WP02014000064) (The Virginia stormwater management program, stormwater pollution prevention plan application and documents) 1. Please provide a VSMP application, a full copy of the SWPPP documents, and fees. E. VSMP: SWPPP: Stormwater Management Plan (WP020140000064) 1. The plan must demonstrate compliance with quality and quantity requirements using the Runoff Reduction Method 2. All BMP's must meet state specifications F. VSMP: SWPPP: Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (WP02014000064) 1. The erosion and sediment control portion of the plan appears to be approvable under the new State Engineering Review Comments Page 2 of 2 guidelines. G. Mitigation Plan (WPO2014000001) (A mitigation plan is a plan of buffer disturbances, and replanting or restorative measures) 1. Not Applicable to this project as submitted. Once these comments have been addressed, please submit 2 copies (add 1 more copy if VDOT needs to review, and 1 more if mass - grading that Planning needs to review) of the revised plans, calculations, and narratives to Current Development Engineering. Current Development Engineering is available from 2:30 -4 PM on Thursdays to discuss these review comments.
