In order for the amended site plan to be approved the following revisions are required: 1. [Comment] This site plan is a minor site plan amendment to previously approved site plan number SDP 400. Please include the original site plan number and title on the plan, preferably within the title section. 2. [32.5.2 a] General information. Please see checklist for initial site plan and provide all necessary information on the plan including names of the owner and developer; tax map and parcel number; boundary dimensions; zoning district; descriptions of all special use permits and conditions thereof; source of survey; source of topography; names of owners, zoning district, tax map and parcel of abutting parcels. 3. [32.5.2 b] Information regarding the proposed use. Provide the maximum height of the proposed addition. 4. [32.5.2 d] Topography and proposed grading. Show existing topography and proposed grading in the vicinity of the addition. 5. [32.6.2 i] Parking. Indicate size of parking spaces, width of isles and number of spaces included in complex as a whole. Indicate type of surfacing for parking area. Parking calculations for proposed apartments appear to be incorrect. Please show correct calculations. 6. [32.6.2 k] Outdoor lighting. Is any outdoor lighting proposed? Show locations of all proposed and existing outdoor lights in the vicinity of the proposed addition, if any. A photometric plan and cut sheets are required for any proposed lights. 7. [32.5.2 e & 32.7.9.4 -9] Landscape features & Landscape plan. Show existing landscaping in the vicinity of the proposed addition and any landscape features to be removed. Provide a landscape plan that shows proposed landscaping and complies with section 32.7.9. 8. [32.5.2 n] Existing and proposed improvements. Show all existing and proposed improvements in the vicinity of the addition as listed on the initial site plan checklist including buildings; walkways; fences; walls; trash containers; outdoor lighting; landscaped areas and open space; recreational areas and facilities; loading and service areas; signs; proposed paving material types for all walks, parking lots and driveways. 9. [Comment] This amendment cannot be approved until Inspections, Engineering, ARB and Zoning complete their reviews and grant their approval. Engineering has reviewed the plan and has no objections. Inspections and Zoning comments are attached. ARB comments will be forwarded separately by ARB staff. Staff has provided references to provisions of Chapter 18 of the Code of the County of Albemarle. The Code is kept up to date by the County Attorney's office. The Code may found on the County Attorney's website which may be found under "Departments and Services" at Albemarle.org. In accord with the provisions of Section 32.4.3.5 of Chapter 18 of the Code if the developer fails to submit a revised final site plan to address all of the requirements within six (6) months after the date of this letter the application shall be deemed to have been voluntarily withdrawn by the developer.
