(The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) Planning 1. [General Comment] On Sheet 2, please identify what the symbol "FO" indicates. 2. [General Comment] On Sheet 2, please add a line or an arrow from all easement labels to clearly indicate the areas they are describing. 3. [Section 14- 302(A)(1)] On Sheet 1, please change the name of the street in the title from "Highland Drive" to "Hightop Drive." 4. [Section 14- 302(A)(9) and (A)(10)] On Sheet 1, please change each of these notes to indicate that they apply to "H3 -R and H4 -R" instead of "H3 and H4." 5. [Section 14- 302(B)(4)] On Sheet 1, please edit this note to indicate that it applies to "H3 and H4" instead of "C2- R and C4 -R." Staff has provided references to provisions of Chapter 14 of the Albemarle County Code. The Code is kept up to date by the County Attorney's office and can be accessed through their department's website at www.albemarle.org. In accord with the provisions of Section 14- 229(B) of Chapter 14 of the Code, if the developer fails to submit a revised final plat to address all of the requirements within six (6) months after the date of this letter the application shall be deemed to have been voluntarily withdrawn by the developer.
