Engineering has completed the review of the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan
(SWPP) and the Pollution Prevention Plan (PPP). Please complete the attached documents and add
to the SWPP. Also, the SWPP and PPP should be signed by the operator. Please remove page 22 if
Hazen and Sawyer will not act as the operator.
