Perez, Senior Planner Division: Planning Date: October 16, 2014 Subject: SUB 201400157 Nirmal Singh & Salim Juvani - BLA The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Subdivision Plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.] 1. [Comment] Prior to approval of this plat (SUB2014 -157), the other plat SUB2014 -158 shall be approved and recorded in the Clerk's Office. This plat shall then be revised to provide the most recent DB page information for the lots. 2. [14- 302(A)] Existing or platted street. On the plat please label the names of the platted streets. Ie. Gordonsville Road and Louisa Road. 3. [14- 302(B)] On the plat there appears to be a typographical error for the tax map parcel information of an abutting lot owned by Rebecca West, specifically TMP 06500- 00- 00- 011A2. The plat lists 06500-00 - 00 -011A; however, County GIS states the TMP is truly 06500- 00- 00- 011A2. Revise if appropriate. 4. [14- 302(B)(1)] General Information. When the plat is revised, please provide the date of the last revision on the plat. 5. [14 -309 & 14 -3101 Soil evaluations; Health Director Approval of wells and septic systems. Approval by the HD is required before the plat can be approved. The Soil work provided to staff was forwarded to the Health Department on 9- 24 -14. Pending a response. Staff has provided references to provisions of Chapter 14 of the Code of the County of Albemarle. The Code is kept up to date by the County Attorney's office. The Code may found on the County Attorney's website which may be found under "Departments and Services" at Albemarle.org. In accord with the provisions of Section 14- 229(B) of Chapter 14 of the Code if the developer fails to submit a revised final plat to address all of the requirements within six (6) months after the date of this letter the application shall be deemed to have been voluntarily withdrawn by the developer.
