Dear Mr. Saunders:
The Albemarle County Board of Supervisors, at its meeting on July 13, 2011, took the following
actions on the above noted projects:
REGARDING ZMA201000003
Your rezoning from PRD to PD -MC was approved, by a vote of 6:0 in accordance with the
attached proffers dated June 17, 2011.
REGARDING SP201000009
Your special use permit to allow parking structures; reference Zoning Ordinance § 23.3.3(4),
Parking structures. (Reference 4.12, 5.1.41) was approved, by a vote of 6:0. There are no
conditions that apply.
In addition, the Board approved your critical slopes waiver by a vote of 6:0. There are no
conditions that apply.
Please be advised that although the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors took action
on the project noted above, no uses on the property as approved above may lawfully
begin until all applicable approvals have been received and conditions have been met.
This includes:
• compliance with applicable PROFFERS;
• compliance with conditions of a SPECIAL USE PERMIT if o
• approval of and compliance with a SITE PLAN; and
• approval of a ZONING COMPLIANCE CLEARANCE.
