All comments for SUB2o24o0116 BLA between TMP 57-5o and 57-5oB have been addressed. The plat
is ready for signatures and final approval. Please submit two (2) hard copies of the Plat to the
Community Development Department for final submittal and approval. Once signed by the Agent
for the Board of Supervisors one copy will be kept for our records and one copy will be returned to
you. If you require additional copies, please make copies of the signed Plat we return to you. Please
make sure to print the Plats to scale, have all applicable parties sign them, and have it notarized.

Thanks for your comments on the Korbon Boundary Line Adjustment Plat.
Please find attached a pdf copy of the revised plat.
The plat has been revised to reflect your comments, dated September 16, 2024 as follows:
1. Ok.
2. A revised date of September 16, 2024 has been added to each sheet of the plat.
3. Note C. under Land use has been updated to include the wording from our previous plat recorded in
D.B. 4235-722, stating where the development rights for the residue of T.M. 57-50 were derived.
Please review the revised plat at your earliest convenience and let us know if it is ready for signatures.
