You may recall that I discussed this issue with you several weeks ago in connection with your request for recordation of an agreement between the owner of these two tax map parcels regarding the installation, ownership and maintenance of landscaping required to be planted along and adjacent to the boundary line between these two parcels pursuant to the County's review of a site plan for Parcel 14A.
