RE: Letter of Revision (LOR) # 2 for SDP - 2007 -111 Revised Final Site Plan of Haden
Place Tax Map 55 Parcels 69 and 9.
Dear Sir,
This letter is in response to the attached LOR request letter dated June 18, 2012. The
Department of Community Development hereby grants approval of a LOR for the
improvements described in the letter and shown on the attached sheets. The current
proposal modifies the previously approved site plan by relocating handicapped parking
spaces, raising subgrade on North end of Haden Place by 2', adjusting lot lines of
townhouse blocks to fit product, revises plan to show ACSA approved water and sewer
lines, adjusts parking space design on Killdeer Lane, revise Haden Place profile and
adjust finished height of 14B by 1.1', allows use of HDPE as an alternative to RCP,
allows the use of RCP at SWM facility outfall pipe. This is the 2nd LOR for this site. A
total of three (3) LORs are allowed before all changes to the plan are required to be
submitted in the form of a site plan amendment.

Dear Christopher:
On behalf of Haden Place, LLC, the owner of the above referenced Property, we hereby submit our request
for Letter of Revision #2 to the County of Albemarle regarding the Final Site Plan for a proposed residential
subdivision development in accordance with the County of Albemarle's applicable ordinances and regulations.
Please find enclosed the following:
1. Application for Letter of Revision #2 — Haden Place SDP 200700111
2. Letter of Revision — Application Fee - $100 (MSC Check #10300 dated June 14, 2012)
3. Summary of Proposed Revisions — June 18, 2012
4. Haden Place — Final Site Plan dated September 6, 2007 last revised June 18, 2012 — IN PART
We have enclosed seven (7) sets of the revised Final Site Plan — IN PART. We have only provided the
copies of the plan sheets with proposed revisions shown with clouds for ease of review. All other plan sheets do not
contain any revisions other than the overall plan set revision date. It is our understanding that one (1) signed set
will go to file with the Planning Department, two (2) signed sets will go to file with the Zoning Department, and
four (4) signed copies will be returned to the applicant.
