Our process is very slow. Attached is what we call a shop drawing. It shows what we will be doing on the interior and what we are proposing for the exterior (last page A4). Sears handles the counter placement in the store and would handle any permits needed for that. Icon my sign company would submit for the sign permits. Sears has notified Simon about the project.
