Pressure Wash Exterior of TM Suite, Sidewalks and curbs and paving.* 2. Re- stripe Parking areas, curbs Handicap parking, lane markers etc *. 3. Existing landscaping to remain —Clean Up and Trim Landscape Areas *. 4. Removal of double -hung window and replace with Storefront window, size and trim to match existing. 5. Verify service and Connection to all New Sign Locations. Coordinate with Sign Installer. 6. G/C shall coordinate with Sign Mfr. and ascertain electrical power req., exact location for the electri- cal power to terminate and the exact type of termination required.
