To the County of Albemarle Department of Community Development,
I am sending in this application for Home Occupation Class A Permit to
notify you of an address change. We have had some restructuring of our
business, Well Hung Vineyard, and the physical street address has
changed. We are a small farm winery and sell wine along with various
other products, tee shirts for example, but our sales take place at
festivals and through retailers. We do not have a tasting room or any
facility on our property that serves the public. Our original application
was filled out on June 27th, 2008 the HO# is 2008-148. Our Federal ID #
is 20-5890339. Please let me know if you need any more information
to register this address change. A check for $25.00 is enclosed.
Thank you,
