PRIORITY PATIENT TRANSPORT
This is an office for a Twenty Four /Seven Operation that dispatches their staff of drivers
assigned to this office through their Harrisonburg Headquarters. Their business provides
drivers and ambulance vehicles to transport patients from one destination to another. The
company's leased square footage includes 3,500 square feet of open interior warehouse
space that is dedicated to housing both company vehicles and employee vehicles. This
facility has Ten Staff Members and Five Transport Vehicles that are spread across three
daily shifts, typically comprised of 2 -eight hour shifts and one 1- twelve hour shift with
24 hour shifts generally utilized for Saturday and Sunday coverage. The staff spends most
of its time on the road which reduces parking lot demands as well as when vehicles return
they are pulled indoors for clean-up, restocking and charging while waiting for the next
dispatch. Furthermore, this facility dispatches only, and thus has no vendor or customer
visits to the premises.
