I believe we could separate a 1.5 acre to 2 acre lot with an approximately 200 foot road frontage in front of our current residence on this property. If one examines this potential lot in the context of the Sherwood Farms neighborhood, it appears that this extra lot fits very well into the neighborhood. Many homes occupy 1 to 3 acre lots near the road, and this lot would be no different. The current dwelling on this lot sits 330 feet away from the road, and therefore has little impact on the neighborhood. Although it may be irrelevant to your decision, you should know that this request is not predicated on increasing our property value. Our goal is to allow one of our children to build a home on our property. In fact, allowing a lot in front of our house will no doubt decrease the value of our remaining property. Thank you for considering this request, JAN4( 0 Q"A- David N. Reynolds
