The Board of Supervisors is scheduled to review this Zoning Text Amendment at their September 12, 2012 meeting. (Attachment A in staff report) ORDINANCE NO. 12 -18( ) AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 18, ZONING, ARTICLE ll, BASIC REGULATIONS, OF THE CODE OF THE COUNTY OF ALBEMARLE, VIRGINIA BE IT ORDAINED By the Board of Supervisors of the County of Albemarle, Virginia, that Chapter 18, Zoning, Article II, Basic Regulations, is hereby amended and reordained as follows: By Amending: Sec. 4.15.12 Regulations applicable in the C -1, CO and HC zoning districts Chapter 18. Zoning Article II.
