The subject storm drain is acceptable to the City subject to the rights granted in the existing
recorded easement. Thanks.

Phil,
I have removed all trees from the within the City Gas easement. However, the current site plan proposes a new 24 -inch
RCP pipe that crosses the existing gas easement along the Oak Forest Drive property boundary. The contract purchaser
has asked me to receive written verification that this crossing is acceptable to City Gas. The Deed specifically states that
the Owner can use the land within the easement but that such use is at "risk unless prior written approval of the City is
obtained ".
My understanding is that perpendicular crossings are allowed and that the gas main can easily be bored under the storm
pipe. Can you please provide a brief confirmation of this without having to go to the City attorney?
Thanks,
Frank
