The Albemarle County Board of Supervisors, at its meeting on, July 11, 2012, approved, by a vote of 6:0,
the special exception for the above noted petition at the proposed height of seven (7) feet above the
reference tree.
In addition, the Board of Supervisors approved the special exception to allow the disturbance of critical
slopes.
