This letter is in response to the attached Letter of Revision Request, accompanying application received
August 13, 2024. The Department of Community Development grants approval of this LOR for the
following modifications to SDP1980-23, as depicted on the modified site plan and described below.
• Construction of a 2,730 sq.ft 21 story addition onto existing building for the purpose of operating
a Child Day Center. Associated applications: Zoning Clearance CLE2024-26 and building permit
B2024-01804-AC have been applied for.
This change is noted in the attached request and plan. This is the first Letter of Revision for this site.
According to regular policy, a total of three LORs may be requested after which any further changes to
the plan will require submission in the form of a site plan amendment application. This policy is open to
flexibility on a case -by -case basis.

This letter of revision is in regard to permit B2024-01804AC for the existing single -story building at 2363
Commonwealth Drive. There will be no site modifications made during the project, but the new second floor being
added to the structure does overhang the original building footprint and there is an exterior stairwell being added for
access to the 2W floor, see site plan for extents of both added elements. The parking requirements (20 spaces) will
be exceeded by at least (2) spots, no modifications to the existing parking area are required, but striping will be
updated (see attached updated site plan.) Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions or concerns.
