"Opaque" means that light will not pass through the material. Consequently, the color of the background portion of the face of
the sign will not be visible when the sign is internally illuminated at night. If you have any question about this requirement for
an opaque background, do not proceed with the construction or installation of the sign until you have spoken with County staff.

The tenant panels of Sign 3are included in this approval. Sign 2 is an existing cabinet sign being relocated on the sign structure.
ARB review /approval is not required at this time. Future changes to Sign 2 will require ARB approval. Permitted colors for the
fifth tenant panel are limited to Green PMS 330 (background), white (text) and Red PMS 1797 (graphic).
