The district is composed of the following described lands, identified by parcel identification number: Tax map 18, parcel 16C; Tax map 19, parcels 25, 25A; Tax map 19A, parcels 9, 22, 31; Tax map 20, parcels 6J, 6S; Tax map 30, parcel 3213; Tax map 31, parcels 1, 1B, 4K, 8, 8E, 16, 16B, 44C, 44G2, 45, 45B. Agricultural and Forestal Districts are voluntary conservation districts that landowners can join to support the County's efforts to protect the Rural Areas. Land in the Districts is subject to limitations on subdivisions and some other development activity. Your property is not in the District and is not subject to those limitations, but is adjacent to the District. This review will be discussed, and public comment received, at the Albemarle County Planning Commission meeting on Tuesday, December 17, 2024. The Albemarle County Planning Commission will meet at 6:00 p.m., Lane Auditorium, Second Floor, County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville, Virginia. The public hearing is also being conducted through electronic communication means and the opportunities for the public to access and participate in the public hearing are posted on the Albemarle County website at +.albernarle.org/calendar, including access by telephone at 877-853-5247 (Toll Free), Webinar ID: 814 5965 0960 The staff report and agenda will be posted to www.albemarle.ora/government!community_development/advisory- bc. as soon as it is available and approximately one week prior to the meeting date. Information on how to access this virtual meeting, and how to comment on the item at this meeting, can be accessed via the County's calendar for the appropriate meeting date. Speakers are encouraged to sign-up in advance of the meeting by emailing the Planning Commission Clerk at - _ z and providing your name and what item you wish to speak to. Comments may also be submitted to Planning Commission members directly or by letter sent to the address in the letterhead of this correspondence. After the Commission has made a recommendation on the proposal, a public hearing will be scheduled for the Board of Supervisors. Public hearing items are typically scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m., but some Board meetings begin as early as 1:00 p.m. You will not receive a letter of notification about the Board of Supervisors hearing; however, you may check the status of Board meetings on the County's calendar at vvww.albemarle.org; calendar.
