The specific deficiencies and measures required to correct those deficiencies are as follows: 1. Deficiency: Mud is being tracked onto the roadway at People's Place and Richmond Road. Required Corrections: Remove soil material from street and curb line. Install two (2) construction entrance's, one on Richmond Road and one on People's Place as shown on the approved plan. 2. Deficiency: Diversion dike or drainage swale not installed to prevent sediment -laden runoff from washing out into the roadway at People's Place. Required Corrections: Install diversion dike or drainage swale to channel sediment -laden runoff into the sediment basin. 3. Deficiency: Silt fence has been destroyed by pipe material and equipment. Silt material can not be allowed to wash onto the sidewalk and roadway on Richmond Road are People's Place.. Required Corrections: Install new silt fence and install silt fence not shown on the plan sheet in areas that have been disturbed and left unprotected, like the water connection and soil stock pile at Richmond Road entrance. 4. Deficiency: Sediment material from this project has entered the drainage structures on People's Place. Required Corrections: Clean material from the drainage structures. The above noted corrections and/or repairs must be completed on or before the end of the workday Wednesday, February 20, 2012. I have attached the pictures that show stone has been placed at the entrance to your construction trailer as requested. The sidewalk in front of the project is open to the public, so it needs to be kept clean of debris and mud. Additional silt fence would help in this area but most of all you just need someone to maintain it.
