Suite 400 Herndon, VA 20171 RE: Tax Map 78 Parcel 9, portion Dear Mr. Jeter: In response to an Application for Letter of Zoning Compliance, this office has researched your request and offers the following conclusions regarding Parcel 9 of Tax Map 78: • The above referenced property is zoned Highway Commercial (HC). Per Section 24.2.1(30) eating establishments are a permitted by -right use in this district. • The property is located in the Entrance Corridor Overlay District (EC), therefore, any project on the property is subject to review by the Architectural Review Board. • Additionally, SDP -2005-128, Town and Country Commercial Phase I Final Site Plan is currently under review to allow a 6930 square foot restaurant (Guadalajara). • This lot is designated as Lot B on a subdivision plat prepared by Dominion Development Resources, dated August 1, 2006. This plat has not yet been approved. • We have no record of any outstanding violations on the site. Please contact me if you have questions or require additional information.
