Tanner Subject: RE: greetings from Amelia Richard has talked to Herb, and we all agree that the appeal has been rendered moot and can be withdrawn. I will say, however, that Richard and Herb's memory is different from Mark's. Their memory is that the matter was resolved by Herb's demonstrating that the conservation line on the application plan had been accurately and precisely located by Herb on the site plan so that there was no real issue. They do not remember that the critical slopes. While my own memory is a lot like Wayne describes his, that does, indeed, ring a bell. Bottom line, I am authorized to request withdrawal with appropriate refund. Please let me know if there is anything further on this. Attached picture is for your amusement.
