[32.5.2.1(c), 32.5.2(i), 32.5.2(o)] Per County Records Seminole Lane is proposed to be a Public Road; however, at this time it is not accepted into the State's Secondary System. All the sheets in the site plan except sheet 2 lists Seminole Lane as "Existing Private R/W' ; however, this is not accurate as the road is not private, nor was it ever approved to be a private road. Please correct this. On sheet 2, Seminole Lane is provided with blank DB Page Number; however, if this is to remain it shall be properly filled out. l° ? - =M . p. d (. %Yl.s ?r z -b ... ztF rfsPG' ✓k "'; T Engineering Comments —Max Greene 1) Site plan approval requires WPO/VSMP approval prior to final site plan approval. After reviewing the revised plans and consulting with the ARB, we have the following comments: 1. Revise the trellis detail to indicate that the oak used to wrap the steel columns will be stained or otherwise treated to ensure sustainability of the material. 2. Provide for review a complete lighting plan addressing all proposed site and exterior building lights, or indicate on the plan that no lighting is proposed. Also, please note that the ARB recommended, but did not require, that cap flashing be provided for the columns to provide additional weather protection. Please forward me two sets of revised drawings together with the attached resubmittal form and a memo summarizing the revisions you've made. If changes other than those requested have been made, identify those changes in the memo. Highlighting the changes in the drawing with "clouding" or by other means will facilitate review and approval. When staffs review of this information indicates that all conditions of approval have been met, a Certificate of Appropriateness may be issued. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. The current submittal has identified the inlet near the proposed detention pond as being removed. How will the invert be sealed? 2. There is an area on the south side of the proposed entrance that appears to be flat. Will this area drain or will there be standing water?
