Ellie,
I have reviewed the above referenced major site plan amendment and have the following comments:
• Update the water meter note to read "Water Meter Vault. Meter to be Sized by the ACSA." If fixture counts are
available please submit them to the ACSA so the meter can be sized. Once the meter is sized you can call out the
meter size on the plan. Connection fees can also be calculated once fixture counts are provided.
• Update water meter service line to an 8 "x4" TS &V, threaded plug and copper to the meter vault.
• Remove the ACSA typical water lateral detail.
• Show a grease interceptor connected to the sanitary sewer lateral on sheet C4.
• Call out a backflow preventer on the private side of the water meter.
• Update the landscaping plan so no landscaping is in the water meter vault location.
• Call out a saddle connection to the sanitary sewer.
• Include ACSA TD -27 detail for sewer service lateral connections.
The applicant can contact me if they have any questions. I am not requiring a full construction review by the ACSA so I
will be the engineer reviewing the plan through county submissions. Thank you.
