The following issues have been identified that would need to be addressed for my administrative approval. 1. Revise the sign drawing by: • Increasing the font size of the text with arrows. The current font size is too small to be readable. • Indicating the Pantone number for the Vinyl 3630 -048 Burgundy text. • Indicating the size (width and height) of the text 1807 SEMINOLE TRAIL. • Indicating the use of one color for all tenant panel text and provide the Pantone number for that color. Suggestion: requiring all tenant panel text to be the same burgundy color as the 1807 SEMINOLE TRAIL text would be appropriate. • Including the following note regarding graphic colors: "There is no limit to the number of graphic colors as long as the total number is limited to three and the colors contribute to a coordinated appearance for the overall sign. " • Including the following note regarding internal illumination of the sign: "The sign shall be internally illuminated with LED. Only the text "1807 SEMINOLE TRAIL " and text or graphics on each tenant panel shall illuminate. Each tenant panel shall have an opaque background and the sign cabinet shall not illuminate. " • Replace the current note regarding the intensity of LED illumination with the following note: "The level of illumination provided by the LED lights will not exceed the illumination produced by a single stroke of 30 milliamp (ma) neon. " • Indicating the size (width and height) of each tenant panel face. 2. Include a photo rendering of the sign in its proposed location. 3. If the sign is to go in the same location as the existing sign and the existing plantings around the sign are to remain, then add a note indicating that. If not, provide a plan view drawing showing the sign location and provide a planting plan that integrates the sign with the existing plantings that are to remain.
