The following items in red are items missing, thus the application is found to be incomplete • [33.4(c)14.] Ownership information. Documents that verify the identity of all record title owners of the parcel(s) composing the proposed project and documents identifying the authorized signatories of the application, the proffer statement, if applicable, and all other related documents. The application has Paul S. Peckens signing as the owner. Please provide documentation which proves he has the authority to sign for Crown Castle Communications, Inc. • [33.4(c)13.] Recorded plat or boundary survey. The most recently recorded plat of the parcels) composing the proposed project, or a boundary survey if a portion of one or more parcels compose the proposed project, both of which shall include a metes and bounds description of the boundaries. The application was missing this information; however, Planning staff harvested the plat from the 1997 SP application and put them in the file to assure this requirement is met. In the future when making applications, regardless of whether or not this information was in a previous application, this documentation is required with the new submittal as well. The following information is not a reason for being deemed incomplete but these items will be comments during the first review. If you can provide this information before the review begins staff will slip sheet it into the current application. • [5.1.40(a)4(d)] Color. Identification of each paint color on the facility, by manufacturer color name and color number. A paint chip or sample shall be provided for each color. Sheet N -1, Note #10 states the antennas are to be painted but does not specify the color. On the plans provide some type of note that states what the color of the antennas will be painted, if they are to be painted the same color as the tower, please say so on the plans. If you revise one of the sheets to provide this information, provide a PDF of the revised sheet, staff will slip sheet it into the existing plans. If the color information is already on the plans, please explain where, as staff was unable to locate it. • Staff requests photo simulations or perspective drawings of the facility w/ the proposed antennas to further assist staff in determining the visual impacts of the facility on surrounding properties. If you can provide this with the above information that would be helpful. Please correct and provide evidence that the items in red have been completed no later than Thursday October 30th , 2014. If these items are corrected after Thursday October 30th then your application will be processed with the next applicable round of application submittals. Submittal Schedule If these items are corrected by Thursday October 30th and the application is deemed complete you will receive an additional email instructing you on when the fee for the application must be paid. When providing the evidence that these items are complete please provide a copy of this email with the particular evidence. Look for further emails as to future determinations of completeness for this application. You will have up to six (6) months after the date this email was sent, to resubmit the application with all of the information required by 33.4 (b) and (c) so that a new determination of completeness under 33.4 (f) can be made. After that time, if the application is not determined to be complete then the request is withdrawn from our process and a new mandatory preapplication meeting will be required for a new application to be submitted.
