(the "Property ")
Dear Mr. Scott:
This letter is provided in response to your request with a letter from Williams Mullen,
dated June 18, 2012. This determination relates to the property referenced above.
1. The Property is zoned R -1.5, Residential. This zoning district permits multi - family
housing such as apartments and forms of ownership such as condominiums, at
a density of 15 dwellings per acre.
2. The Declarant of Woodlands of Charlottesville, a Condominium (the
"Condominium "), located at 1720 Treetop Drive, Charlottesville, Virginia has
informed this office of the expiration of the period of Declarant control pursuant
to the Virginia Condominium Act, Va. Code Section 55- 79.74. To the best of our
knowledge, based on our records and without a site inspection of the
Condominium, the Condominium is in compliance with all applicable building
codes and local ordinances as of the date of this letter.
