Jones, Paralegal September 1, 2010 Page 2 ■ The property will meet all access and parking requirements required by the Albemarle County zoning ordinance and will be in compliance with the current zoning ordinance of Albemarle County, including all provisions regulating setback, density and height, once the final site development plan is approved.
