We are a landscape supply business with our Corporate office located in Roanoke, VA.
We are currently opening an office at 1575 Avon Street Extended ui e
Charlottesville, VA 22902. The space is located in a light industrial zoned area and in•
order to occupy this space, it,is my understanding that we need a'zoning' clearance,
which is issued by your department. In order to address the ordinances, we would like
to provide the following summary of our operation for your review.
We are a .wholesale distributor of grass seed and other turf and landscape related
products.
... In each of'the,areas referenced in Section 4.14 Performance Standards for Industrial
areas we have provided a response.
Noise
Our operation will not create sound or impact noise levels in excess of the values
spec ified• in section 4.14.1.
Vibration
There 'is no equipment to be operated that would produce any detectable earthborn
vibrations.
Glare. . .
The interior fighting associated' with this operation does not produce glare that is visible
beyond the IQt line.
Air Pollution
There will be 'no emission of smoke, odor or gaseous pollutants,

Water Pollution
No industrial liquid wastes will be generated by this operation.
Radioactivity
We do not handle radioactive materials. Therefore there will be no radioactive
emissions or,danger to health and safety of persons on or beyond the premises.
Electrical interference
This operation does not require any equipment that would generate electrical
dversely - affect the operation of equipment on any other lot or
with any further questions you have.
