RE: HO 2013-35 Cedar Knoll Brewery (Nugget's Raw Kombucha)
Tax Map 41 Parcel 56A; 2730 Cedar Knoll Lane
Dear Sir or Madam:
You received a notice dated April 10, 2013 regarding a request to establish a Major Home
Occupation on the parcel listed above. The applicant has revised their request as described
below and a second notice is required pursuant to Section 5.2A(n) of the Zoning Ordinance:
Cedar Knoll Brewery (fermented tea) has revised their request to continue production
within a 160 square foot room of the home and to use an existing accessory building
(approximately 950 square feet) for storage purposes only. New buildings to serve the
business are no longer proposed at this time. Up to two employees will be associated with
this home occupation. No waiver or modification has been submitted with this request.
The County will take action to approve this application in five days after the date of this letter, as
the proposal meets the requirements of Section 5.2A.
We invite any comments, questions, or concerns you may have about this proposal. All
information related to this request is available for review in the Department of Community
